 Aloha, we would like to welcome you to our whimsical home away from home. We spend four to six weeks each year on Maui and love spending time in our beautifully redecorated condo. We hope you too will love our home and feel the Aloha.
We are former Maui residents and lived not far from this complex. The location on the border of Kihei and Wailea is tough to beat. It allows for a short walk to world famous Kamaole Beach where the warm clear water is ideal for snorkeling or enjoying the family friendly waves.
 Kamaole Sands is a lush, 15 acre property that truly represents the Aloha spirit. It is upscale but still affordable. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities and some of Maui's only lifeguard supervised beaches. Lastly, it has been voted "Best Condominium on Maui" by the travel industry three times.
The pool area was recently renovated and the decking was replaced with beautiful flagstone. You will find two jet spas, a large pool and a children's wading pool. There are also tennis courts on site, and a huge lawn with walking path and waterfalls for the quintessential island photo op. Several world class golf courses, resorts and restaurants are just minutes away.
For the price, you won't find a better value on Maui.
Our custom condo is  a spacious one bedroom, two bathroom unit which has been remodeled with granite counter tops, floor to ceiling mirrors, ceiling fans, appliances, pictures and tile. The concrete construction allows for a very quiet experience. A sofa-bed in the living room enables you to have up to 4 overnight guests.
We finished the most recent updates in December of 2005 and April of 2006. We hired professional faux painters, Viking Studios, www.vikingfauxfinishes.com out of Whitefish, MT to come in and spend 9 days helping us redesign the feel into a true island experience.
